As a Listings Associate at Compass, you will be an integral part of a highly dynamic and innovative real estate firm. Unlike traditional listings departments, the Listings Team at Compass works not only on maintaining and growing the company’s listings database – it plays an integral role in facilitating the ingestion and dissemination of listings, resolving both real estate and tech issues, and brainstorming innovative big-picture solutions. In addition to growing our listings database, you will will be a liaison for our listing teams in our expansion markets as well as work with the listings manager to set up listing departments in upcoming markets.

At Compass You Will:

• Help develop and maintain data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality
• Manage qualitative and quantitative verification checks for accuracy of our listings in the new markets
• Provide ongoing support for support staff in all new markets
• Professionally handle incoming requests from agents and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
• Working with Engineering team to quality check listings system in each new market
• Pinpoint key issues and gaps in the listings database

What We Look For:

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• 1-2 years of professional experience preferred
• B.A. degree from a college or university
• Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Continuous desire to improve existing processes
• Self-starter attitude and ability to exercise judgment and problem-solve with minimal supervision
