Manager, Content and Partnership Operations
Overview
We're looking for a digital and social media operations expert to support off-platform growth and content partnerships for well-loved brands like Food Network, HGTV, Travel Channel, and more. Our ideal candidate will be a natural collaborator who has a deep understanding of social media platforms, strong analytical skills, project management skills, and experience analyzing revenue performance of content on third party platforms such as Facebook and YouTube. This person will be responsible for tracking delivery of partnership commitments, identifying and solving issues, liaising between internal teams and external partners, and working with Finance to forecast revenue. We're looking for someone with great attention to detail, an analytical mindset, excellent problem solving skills, ability to project manage across multiple digital media brand teams and external partners, and experience working with Finance on revenue forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Work across various internal teams and external partners to execute, track, and report on partnership commitments and KPIs
- Liaise between internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues, answer questions, and share updates and platform changes with relevant internal teams
- Manage monetization tracking and optimization across Facebook, Youtube (and other platforms as relevant) with a focus on maximizing efficiencies
- Monitor and QA video ads performance to flag and resolve issues and make recommendations for optimization
- Facilitate meetings and day to day communication between internal teams and partners like Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, TikTok, and Apple News to problem solve issues, vet new opportunities, and fulfill partnership agreements
- Project manage the execution and tracking of content and marketing partnerships across teams
- Analyze revenue performance of content on third party platforms and create projections with Finance to support recommendations for growth, efficiencies, or optimization opportunities
- Facilitate communication between US and international regions to ensure brand alignment on global social media platforms
- Explore test-and-learn opportunities presented by third party platforms and work with internal teams to execute
- Facilitate vendor support for social media tools (ex. Khoros and Bitly)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of digital and social media monetization and optimization experience and/or audience development experience
- Experience using Facebook Creator Studio and YouTube Studio to analyze content performance
- Experience working directly with partners
- Problem solving skills, with an interest in analyzing data to gather learnings
- Excel skills
- Experience working with Finance to create revenue projections
