WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking to grow our Production Team in New York! Your mission as a Production Associate is to ensure that photographers and videographers who use our platform will have everything they need to complete the jobs they accepted from our clients throughout North America.
As such, your main tasks revolve around organizing and coordinating a large number of shoots simultaneously, being the main point of contact for photographers to complete their jobs and most importantly, coordinate and drive the post-shoot delivery process to make sure clients receive the exact media they are asking for, on time! Your missions will be very diverse and could range from organizing the photoshoot for a luxurious property in Hawaii to a small cute restaurant in West Village.
You’ll need to be a problem-solver, think quick off your feet, pay attention to detail and stay cool under pressure.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
First experience in photography or video production (freelance photographer, event planner or producer, etc). This is an essential criteria for the role.
Great communicator, with good listening skills, and very comfortable on the phone.
You are extremely organized (you may have to work for various projects, on different time zones at the same time).
This position is more logistical / event-planning minded than creative.
Fluency in Spanish is required.
Very comfortable in customer relationship management.
