Production Manager, Special Events & Alternative Programming
THE ROLE
Peloton’s Content Department, comprised of our Production, Studio Operations and Instructor teams, works 365 days a year to deliver a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content to our members. We are a highly collaborative, fast-moving department that focuses on evolving our innovative programming. We’re looking for an individual to join our Programming & Production Management team to assist in the management of our special events & alternative programming related operations. The role focuses on the business and logistics of the production process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works hand in hand with the Special Events & Alternative Programming Executive Producer & team
- Responsible for project management of Special Event & Alternative Programming calendar
- Builds production books & timelines (e.g. post schedule, shoot request calendars)
- Outlines requirements & manages post-delivery schedule for upcoming projects ○ Closely collaborates on monthly Instructor schedule specialty programming with the Programming team
- Owns coordination and logistical execution of all Special Event & Alternative Programming ENG shoots
- Booking 3rd party vendors & freelancers
- Confirms crew & equipment rentals
- Coordinates talent booking with Programming Production Management
- Manage location agreements, NDAs & releases
- Builds project budgets: tracks invoices & processes payments
- Manage call sheets & reviews protocols
- Maintains inventory of vendors & contacts
QUALIFICATIONS
- Desire to work in fast paced production environment.
- 5-8+ years of related experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with live production and/or specialty shoots
- Keen business sense with problem solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Razor sharp attention to detail.
- Flexible work schedule
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Applications.
