JOB SUMMARY:

The VICELAND Programming Strategy department is looking for a detail oriented and quick learning Programming Coordinator who will be an integral member of our team. They will assist with daily duties within the department ranging from daily maintenance of critical department documents to delivering time sensitive data to Nielsen. As a key member of the department this person will also participate in larger strategy brainstorms for both linear and multi-platform distribution.

DUTIES:

• Handle daily maintenance of program strategy documents
• Manage and assist inputting all programming information into A&E’s programming software including the On-Air network schedule, as well as the multiplatform schedule
• Help manage the clip content delivery to our providers
• Work with Standards & Practices to ensure proper ratings for all programs
• Create and maintain competitive calendars
• Deliver time sensitive scheduling data to Nielsen
• Participate in overall schedule strategy conversations for both linear and multi-platform distribution

EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION: 

• Relevant work experience and/or coursework is preferred
