Publisher Solutions at Ogury


Ogury provides solutions to help publishers take their mobile monetization to the next level. Thanks to exclusive brand demand and proprietary user friendly formats, publishers trust us to maximize their ad revenue and ensure the best user experience for their audience. 


We are looking for a Publisher Development Director, responsible for driving partnerships with Comscore top 100 publishers. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned adtech professional to be a driving force behind growing our reach in the US.

What you will be doing

  • Build and grow a sales pipeline of premium publishers across the US market. 
  • Close deals with Comscore top 100 publishers and contribute to maximizing or exceeding revenue performance targets. 
  • Develop a clear understanding of each publisher’s business and their needs.
  • Educate publishers on developments in the ecosystem and how our product offering addresses the challenges they face. 
  • Develop complex sales strategies to identify key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and address contractual concerns to close agreements.
  • Work closely with the Publisher Success teams to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process and into a program of long-term development and nurturing.
  • Attend industry and relevant events, representing and promoting Ogury. 
  • Accountable for delivering on margin targets: percentage of margin and overall volume of margin.
  • Work directly with the Solution Engineering team to ensure successful implementation of our solution.

About you

  • Previous experience in digital media with an in-depth understanding of the advertising landscape and publisher tech stack; ideally on mobile environment.
  • An excellent understanding and in-depth knowledge of the US premium publisher landscape, as well as a comprehensive book of contacts that you will be able to call upon from the outset. 
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of complex deal making : great negotiation skills and strong abilities to persuade at a very senior level of an organization. 
  • Analytical/strategic thinker, creative problem solver, resourceful, able to initiate change and motivate innovation and creativity.
  • You have a basis for execution and a strong drive and sense of urgency to get things done.

$150,000 - $250,000 On Target Earnings = Base + Commission
