About the Role
Want to join an exciting mission-driven start-up to improve the accessibility of hearing care? Lively is looking to hire a highly motivated, forward-thinking Remote Audiologist to work closely with the operations and customer experience team to provide best in class service to Lively clients. This position reports directly to our Head of Clinical Audiology and is 100% remote with part-time and full-time positions available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use your clinical expertise to assist in gather case history, interpreting hearing tests & determining hearing aid candidacy
- Build rapport and gather client history
- Dispense, fit, and troubleshoot hearing aids via phone or video
- Train clients with little exposure to technology how to use tele-health services.
- Use your impeccable knowledge of hearing aids to change lives.

- You have the ability to take your clinical experience and apply it in an innovative, new service model.
- You are flexible. Must be available to work weekends and after hours- this is not your standard 9-5!
Qualifications:
- Licensed Audiologist and Dispenser (depending on state laws) in at least one state
- Registration in additional states is a plus
- Experience dispensing and fitting Hearing Aids
- Ability to work pacific and mountain time hours preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with a team
