About You
You are an actively licensed mental health clinician and possess substantial knowledge of mental health topics, varied therapeutic modalities, regulatory and scientific guidelines as well as a broad understanding of key statistical concepts as they relate to mental health. You’re up-to-date on current mental health trends, research, and treatments and you’re knowledgeable about the most trusted resources, individuals, institutions, and journals in the field.
In addition to your clinical knowledge, you understand how to translate clinical concepts/insights into digestible, engaging content for the broader public and specific audiences, including HR benefits personnel. You’re energized by the process of distilling complex ideas and data into cogent stories people can relate to and connect with emotionally. You’re motivated to solve big problems facing the mental health industry and you believe excellent marketing is one of those levers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Concepting and writing B2B and B2C content across multiple channels and content types (emails, webinar decks, training curriculums, blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks and research) with a focus on clinical treatments and outcomes
- Working closely with mental health providers and marketing team members to ensure content is clinically validated and representative of best practices in the field
- Editing content for clinical and statistical/data accuracy
- Creating language style guides highlighting clinical excellence and standards and providing direction for non-clinical team members
- Producing clinically-validated and recommended content for events in the format of slide decks, one-pagers, and email
What We Expect From You:
- Actively licensed mental health clinician with 5+ years combined clinical and/or equivalent experience in the healthcare industry
- Keen interest in writing and editing clinical B2B, B2C content
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail – you take pride in grammar and casing consistency
