Job Mission:The mission of the Sr. Copywriter is to write compelling and engaging copy that aligns with the andros brand and tone.  The Sr Copywriter will use their expertise and knowledge to conceptualize and execute marketing material and promotional copy for all marketing channels, including web, email, digital, video, social media and print.The outcomes we’re looking for:

1. Write a broad range of strategic and engaging copy, including emails, print and digital ads, web content, brochures, sales tools, and event materials
2. Collaborate with designers to develop creative concepts that meet marketing objectives and brand requirements
3. Participate and contribute to brainstorming sessions
4. Be a thought leader in your field of expertise, staying current on the healthtech industry, client best practices, and copywriting and marketing trends
5. Interact with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics
6. Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective copy concepts

Competencies Required:

1. 10+ years of writing marketing copy in a B2B or Agency environment
2. Able to think strategically and creatively and to bring creative concepts to life through words
3. Diverse writing and creative style
4. Expert at strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
5. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle diverse writing demands
6. Attention to detail - Does not let important details slip through the cracks or derail a project.
7. Creativity/innovation - Generates new and innovative approaches to problems.

Other Attributes:

• 10+ years B2B marketing experience required
• 10+ years Copywriting & Content creation experience required
• 4+ years creative agency experience preferred
• Proven success marketing a SaaS product or technical solution
• Healthcare experience a plus
