What you will be doing

As a technical writer and Eden’s documentation lead, you’ll be reporting to our Director of Programs, to support strategic and cross-functional initiatives as well as the necessary ad-hoc process development to support better cross-functional interaction. The Documentation lead will be a key collaborator with marketing, customer success, clinical, member experience, and other Programs team members.

This is a remote-first role and has the flexibility to be located anywhere in the U.S.

What success looks like

• Stay on top of our product, working closely with the product marketing team and programs 
• Work closely with functional stakeholders to document important cross-functional processes 
• Manage and organize creation and curation of process documentation across the organization
• Partner with marketing to document internal Customer Success processes, newsletters, and other artifacts to support our customer success team
• Familiarity with Confluence or other knowledge management systems
• Provide recommendations on how to better organize, index, and share important resources with the organization 
• Liaise with company level L&D resources and functional L&D resources on internal change management processes and necessary knowledge transfer

What you will bring

• Associates degree minimum, healthcare experience a plus 
• 2+ years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, knowledge management, internal communications, or a related position 
• Comfortability working in an ambiguous environment; ability to stay organized, diligent, and self-motivated
• High integrity and trustworthiness and an ability to be discrete regarding confidential matters
