We are looking for a Knowledge Base Video Creator to join our Customer Success team and help us create awesome videos for our self service channel. If you have that magic combo of technical skills and creative mind, we want you on our side!
About The Role:
- Create educational videos from scratch - script, audio, recording, editing - in a timely manner
- Be the voice over for these videos - we want to keep things in house
- Collaborate closely with the knowledge base manager to identify the gaps and come up with videos ideas accordingly.
- Ensure that the videos content is constantly updated based on changes of the platform

- Experience 2+ years in Video-editing/Creative design is a must
- Ability to do voice over is a must
- Content writing skills and ability to tell a story
- Creative thinker
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work fast and meet deadlines
- Adobe After Effects is a plus
