  • Build and support an industry-leading CRO function that has testing and data at the heart of it
  • Partner closely with the Acquisition, Web, and Lifecycle teams, to blend Marketing campaigns with the right digital experiences
  • Evangelizing CRO and communicating results in a clear and concise manner
  • Identify new testing opportunities through the creation of a documented Testing Roadmap
  • Be a primary stakeholder for a multi-million dollar performance function
  • Understand attribution challenges and cross-device CRO at the user level
  • Demonstrate high-level organizational skills, and be able to filter ideas based on both impact and scope

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years leading, or working closely with, a top-tier User Experience (UX) group
  • Expert-level knowledge of 3rd-party tools (Optimizely, Bounce Exchange, or similar)
  • Must have excellent analytical ability, and strong business acumen in understanding both LTV, and CVR, as they relate
  • Deep understanding of how marketing channels compliment one another in order to run the most effective experiments
  • Expert knowledge of marketing analytics platforms and how to derive actionable insights from a variety of complex data sources
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Basic to advanced HTML and CSS skills
  • Ability to multi-task, handle pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment without a lot of direction or oversight
