  • Exercise strong change management skills to ensure new processes are seamlessly integrated into the team’s day-to-day
  • Guarantee the success of  multiple projects by managing the Creative team's demand, capacity planning, and priorities
  • Manage and be the point of contact for internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product, Business Development, Sales, etc.) and external partners such as design agencies and contractors
  • Own all budget allocation and approval

What We’re Looking for

  • 6+ years of Creative Design/Visual Design experience either in an in-house creative team or a design agency
  • 2+ years people management experience; proven ability to inspire team members to operate at their highest potential
  • An impeccable eye for design and a desire to push beyond the status quo while ensuring a quality, cutting-edge, final product
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and drive results
  • Proficient in creating systems: adept at crafting procedures from scratch and showcasing adaptability to accomplish tasks effectively in various scenarios
  • Ability to work through ambiguity and to find new processes and systems to help a Creative team work more efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills; you are comfortable managing internal stakeholders and external partners
