Fora is a mission-driven company that believes in the power of entrepreneurship, community, and passion. As we continue to grow, we are looking for more talented and like-minded individuals to join our team - people who are excited about transforming the travel space and helping us scale our vision globally.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Cruise Operations Coordinator to support the continued growth of our cruise vertical. You’ll play a key role in helping Fora Advisors succeed by managing day-to-day operations, handling advisor and partner communications, and supporting the Head of Cruise with ongoing initiatives and strategic projects.
If you’re a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves diving into the details, and has a passion for travel (especially cruises!), this is a great opportunity to make an impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of support for cruise-related advisor inquiries, owning the cruise support queue and ensuring timely, thoughtful responses.
  • Maintain and create resources and documentation that empower advisors to sell cruises more effectively and independently.
  • Project manage a variety of initiatives across the cruise vertical — from new partner rollouts to internal training sessions and system updates.
  • Coordinate with cruise partners to ensure accurate, up-to-date information is shared with our advisor community.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Product Ops and Advisor Experience to streamline workflows and surface advisor needs.
  • Track recurring issues or questions and proactively suggest solutions, training, or improvements to reduce friction and improve the advisor experience.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in travel: hotels, resorts, or cruise
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced start-up
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple work-streams
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools
  • Passion for travel; curiosity about the cruise space
Strongly Preferred
  • Experience with CRMs or project management platforms
  • Prior direct cruise experience is helpful but not required
Compensation

Compensation range for this role is $65k-$80k + equity. Other benefits include:

  • Unlimited vacation
  • Health Insurance (including an option completely covered by Fora HQ)
  • Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Wellhub Memberships
  • 401k plan with company match
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Supplemental Life Insurance
  • Stock Options

This role is based in our beautiful New York City office (Tribeca/Fidi) with lots of natural light and great views.
