Join one of the fastest growing startups in NYC. Freshly is looking for a rockstar Customer Acquisition Marketing Manager to lead, manage and optimize the day-to-day customer acquisition channel strategy and drive growth across paid social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc) SEM and SEO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, expand, implement, optimize and execute Freshly’s daily paid social, paid search acquisition marketing, and SEO performance
  • Lead and manage paid SEM, and all paid Social Advertising, including paid social retargeting
  • Monitor daily and hourly campaign performance and react quickly to deviations from plan
  • Meet new customer acquisition targets, CAC, and revenue goals while managing to an efficient budget
  • Manage the day-to-date media buying on Facebook, YouTube, Google AdWords, Bing, Gemini, and other self serve platforms
  • Watch conversion and key traffic metrics on Freshly acquisition landing pages, by campaign, and adjust
  • Work closely on LTV analytics and channel attribution
  • Work closely with the Associate Director of Content to be constantly A/B testing new ad formats and copy and to optimize SEO
  • Build and optimize campaigns
  • Manage and shepherd asset requests with creative team; Feedback loop to optimize
  • Build and optimize ads

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of paid social media channel experience, building custom audience and look-a-like audiences, etc
  • SEM experience including Google AdWords and bidding software (e.g. Kenshoo)
  • Strong communication skills, analytical, and highly collaborative and team oriented
  • Proven track record to increase and scale customer acquisitions while driving down customer acquisition costs
  • Landing page optimization/customer acquisition funnel knowledge and experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Access and Power Point
  • Deep knowledge of Google Analytics required; Knowledge of MixPanel a plus
  • Start-up, e-commerce experience preferred
  • A passion and desire to work with the food industry
  • Good sense of humor and know how to have fun!
  • NICE TO HAVE:

  • SQL
  • Direct-to-consumer subscription-based services experience
  • MBA
