The Opportunity:

To support Shutterstock’s growth, we're looking for an experienced Customer Care Advocate to support our Offset team. Reporting directly to the Customer Care Manager, you will handle inbound product and technical inquiries from existing customers via email and social media. You’ll be responsible for sending sales referrals to sales while providing administrative and analytical support to the Offset Sales organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Navigate customer organization to find additional opportunities and contacts for referrals
  • Provide weekly volume and case type reports to leadership
  • Use Google Analytics to download customer trends
  • Curate image collections to support campaigns that sales managers may use in their pitches and client meetings
  • Attend to all aspects of customer service in courteous and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Patiently assist customers with varying technical skills
  • Accumulate customer feedback for product research and development
  • Multitask in fast paced environment with high volume of communications
  • Ability to thrive within and adapt to organizational changes

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of a mixed experience of Customer Service and Sales Administration
  • You have experience with Salesforce in a Customer Service or Sales organization, and pulling reports from Salesforce
  • You’re detail oriented, highly organized, and an analytical thinker with familiarity with Google Analytics
  • Excellent communication skills are crucial, both written and verbal
  • A self-starter and motivated independent worker
  • BA degree is preferred

Bonus Skills:

  • Adobe Illustrator experience
  • Understanding of Photoshop and other digital imaging manipulation techniques
  • Some knowledge of typical stock photography licensing terms (such as royalty free vs rights managed, etc)
