Summary
Rokt is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join its new Sales Operations team, which is part of the Growth organization. The mission of this team is to increase revenue growth through effective and efficient sales processes, systems, and analytics. The right person for this role loves to dive in, figure things out, support others, and continually improve everything around them. This role will support and optimize processes at all stages of the sales cycle.
Outcomes & responsibilities
- Analyze and develop sales operations processes to support revenue growth
- Work with the Business Development staff to identify areas for sales process improvement and optimization, identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and maximization
- Provide tactical support to Business Development staff as needed
- Track and analyze key metrics to evaluate sales efficiency and productivity and share insights with stakeholders – pipeline growth, quota attainment, win-loss ratios, etc.
- Collect, consolidate, and generate weekly/regular sales forecasts reports
- Performing ad hoc analysis for senior management to provide data support for business decisions
- Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
- Build new and improve upon existing processes and streamline and improve the workflow of tools such as Hubspot and Apollo.io.
- Research, analyze, recommend, develop and implement improvements to our sales process and operations.
- Report on key metrics and drive actionable insights to support the sales team and leadership
Capabilities & requirements
- 2+ years of operations experience preferably within high-growth technology or SaaS environments
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) is helpful
- Strong intellectual curiosity
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities
- Adaptable for quickly changing landscape of startup environment
- Success in a challenging academic environment
