ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Take a data-driven approach to develop business strategies, including: Marketing Campaign Analytics, Portfolio, & Analytics and Valuation
  • Marketing Strategy Development 
  • Analyze performance trends and statistical analysis
  • Leverage machine learning and predictive analytics to increase model precision and strategy efficacy
  • Analyze valuation and lifetime value across Happy Money products
  • Apply critical thinking and data analysis skills to develop robust member journey insights across Happy Money products
  • Research business questions and design analytical plans/experiments
  • Translate the analysis into business language and present it in data visualization presentations and reports
  • Lead cross-functionally to see initiatives to execution

ABOUT YOU

  • Completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Analytics, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Decision Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to challenge the status quo
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment

  • Hands-on experience with R, Python, SQL
