-- Ongoing, global deliverability monitoring & support across channels

-- SQL skills to complete data segmentation

-- Build, monitor and evaluate global campaigns, tests, and customer journeys

-- HTML troubleshooting

-- Global test strategy development & execution based on latest market results

-- Reporting support & WW analytics enablement

-- Support data migration to enable global dashboards

-- Train local marketing teams on new tool capabilities & provide feedback to optimize processes

-- Collaborate with other departments (Customer Service, Operations and Training) to successfully implement and realize cross-functional projects such as member save initiatives & prospect engagement

-- Support the global WW Shop teams to improve their sales overall through targetted campaigns. This includes the development, build, & analysis of new journeys (ie re-engagement).

-- Provide recommendations based on campaign results and existing data capabilities

-- Present results in MKTT bi-weekly meetings with global marketing teams

-- Building, testing, & deploying email, SMS, & social campaigns globally
-- Leveraging marketing platforms to support multi-touch marketing campaigns
-- Implementing projects with global stakeholders
-- Working in B2B, B2C, B2B2C, Membership, and Digital Marketing

-- Ability to drive success through data/system technology efficiencies
-- Ability to make data-driven decisions
-- Google Analytics reporting experience
-- SQL & HTML proficiency
-- Exposure to multiple CSPs with differing data models (ie Lyris, IBM Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, Real Magnet, Braze, or Selligent)
