Meeting your future team:

This role will join a team of marketers in our Brand and Communications department who are responsible for driving awareness of Collibra and telling our story to the industry. We thrive on collaboration and creative problem solving, and this role will work closely with product marketing and corporate communications to proactively update the analyst community and drive strategic engagement with key influencers.

Senior Analyst Relations Managers at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Identifying, developing and managing relationships with key analysts/industry influencers to ensure they are apprised of major company news – such as product launches – to support Collibra brand reputation goals. 
  • Managing company participation in industry evaluations, such as Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Wave reports, etc., to ensure favorable and accurate placement in all relevant market evaluations. 
  • Working with SMEs across Product Management, Product Marketing and Executive team to develop Collibra’s analyst-facing narrative; tell the story of Collibra’s vision and strategy, our products, and their benefits to customers.
  • Partnering with Demand Center and Product Marketing/Content Marketing teams to recommend analyst content that can support demand generation and the overall company’s pipeline and ARR goals.
  • Monitoring analyst research agenda and coverage, share relevant research with company stakeholders and educate internal audiences about key analyst reports/evaluations, and Collibra’s presence in these reports to ensure employees are knowledgeable and able to utilize relevant analyst reports effectively.
  • Design, collaborate and execute Collibra's overall industry analyst and influencer strategy by bringing a data-driven approach to AR work.
  • Focusing largely to increase awareness for the company and our products and services, while delivering key analyst insights to our internal teams.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience running and executing high profile analyst relations programs, with a track record of success and positive feedback from analysts covering SaaS or similar software products 
  • A successful track record of working with analysts at firms like Gartner, Forrester and others highly credible and personable relationships with key analysts – they know you by name and call on you for insights!
  • A positive history of successfully interfacing with executives and internal and external influencers 
  • Great project management skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams of varying sizes in a fast-paced and fluid environment

You Are:

  • An entrepreneurial, strategic communicator with a background and proven success in developing high-impact relationships with analysts and other industry influencers.
  • Impact and value-focused – you are always thinking about how we measure real value and success, and how we communicate it to the organization
  • Skilled at coaching spokespeople, including C-level executives, and can help them understand the right application of key messages, how to manage objections, and drive positive perceptions with analysts and influencers 
  • Aware of current AR value measurement and understand how to influence to impact 

Measuring Success:

  • Within your first month, you will get up to speed on the Data Intelligence industry, Collibra’s differentiation and the key analysts you’ll need to build relationships with 
  • Within your third month, you will be scheduling, staffing and delivering insights from briefings, inquiries and analyst engagements 
  • Within your sixth month, you will have flawlessly coordinated at least one industry evaluation, pulling together all necessary SMEs and executives, managing deadlines and deliverables, and ensuring our coordinated team puts forth the best possible effort
