WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As we build out our team, we are looking for someone to empower organization wide decision making through creating models and frameworks, uncovering insights otherwise buried in our raw data, and automating reporting solutions.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1+ years of experience in analytical roles
- Experience in data mining, cohort analysis, and strong knowledge of quantitative methods (statistics, machine learning, etc.)
- Desire to drive business objectives through quantitative / predictive work
- Ability to synthesize and convey learnings to others to drive product roadmap and business priorities
- Inquisitive and problem-solving first approach, with a strong intellectual curiosity and hunger to learn.
- Team player first and foremost; strong collaborative approach (egos not required) while maintaining a level of self-starter mentality with a get-it-done approach.
