Analytics Associate, Global Business Expansion

We’re looking for a Global Business Expansion Associate to join Snap! You will be tasked with helping us deliver better campaigns through advertiser insights and category-specific learnings. You’ll collaborate with Revenue Strategy, Product Marketing, and Creative Strategy to ensure our campaigns are running optimally and will make adjustments based on new findings. You will educate and support sales partners in order to help them achieve ambitious revenue goals.
What you’ll do:
Provide real time analysis for auction campaigns; influence incremental spend through data driven upsell recommendations
Identify performance trends across auction campaigns to fuel optimization recommendations; evangelize best practices across the Global Business Expansion team and external sales partners
Communicate effectiveness of Snapchat ad products to sales partners, set expectations for performance based on advertiser data, and help with proposal development and forecasting
Respond to asks from sales partners to advance both their education of Snap and revenue growth.
Function as a thought leader, offering insights related to vertical or category industry trends in order to inform or strengthen Snap’s in-market pitch.
Partner with cross-functional teams to build out measurement agendas/strategies, provide data based insights for products in alpha or beta, deliver feedback on data tools in development, etc.
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Data driven and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable presenting insights to both external partners and internal stakeholders at the senior level
Ability to use technology to improve work-flows and create efficiencies through systems and applications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, economics, or a related area of study or equivalent years of experience
2+ years working in excel using advanced formulas
2-5 years of hands-on experience managing performance advertising campaigns
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of business intelligence tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Looker as well as Salesforce.
Deep competency with Google Analytics implementation and setup; pixel implementation and troubleshooting
Multi-channel attribution experience including making recommendations to senior management on attribution models and view vs. click conversion value
Cross-functional communication skills with ability to interface with both technical (Web Development, Engineering) and business stakeholders (marketing managers, media buyers)
Experience creating and implementing new business processes
Experience building dashboards a plus
