Block Renovation Analytics Associate

ROLE

You will work hand in hand with our Growth teams (Sales, Marketing) and have a strong impact in influencing how the company scales as your insights will help us grow in the most efficient way. You will be closely collaborating with the various functions in the company and always looking for the most efficient way of creating insights in an automated manner. Fundamentally we take a first-principles approach to problem solving -- how do we solve the underlying problem in the most direct way possible, with an appreciation for cost/benefit tradeoffs and pragmatism.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Automate our data collection process
  • Improve and managing our data sets
  • Troubleshoot data and information flow issues
  • Develop reports with key insights for the teams
  • Help teams understand past and future performance

 Some examples of projects that you could be asked to focus on are:

  • Consolidate all existing data sets into a master database
  • Implement statistical models that will improve efficiency and uncover new opportunities
  • Develop predictive models to help the teams better forecast sales throughput
  • Get unique customer insights and improve marketing automation processes

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Passion for data and its ability to drive serious business impact
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility 
  • Must-have a strong experience working with Statistical models, Relational databases and SQL
  • A plus if experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau), statistical tools (e.g. Stata) and data preparation and analysis tools (e.g. R)
