The Role:

Analytics Services Associate (ASA) -

Client-facing role with emphasis on developing business insights from analytics and managing client relationships

Marketing Data Analyst (MDA) - 

Technical path with greater emphasis on developing analytics and solving complex analytical challenges

Platform Production Analyst (PPA) -

Support our DIFA platform with responsibilities of monitoring data integrity, validity of results and troubleshooting issues for clients

What You'll Do

  • Develop analytical, technical, and leadership skills
  • Gain industry knowledge and expertise
  • Learn client services skills, like storytelling 
  • Derive business insights from large complex sets of data
  • Recognize patterns and trends in data and understand limitations when working with aggregate datasets
  • Use data to make patient behavior discoveries and apply those insights to improve our clients’ marketing tactics
  • Learn how to make optimization recommendations based on knowledge derived from data analysis

What You've Done

  • Recent college grad
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Quantitative interest, demonstrated through coursework or professional experienceInterest in the power of “Big Data”
  • Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance
  • Adaptable, flexible and curious, with strong time-management skills
  • Analytically-oriented problem solver
  • “Can-do” attitude and approach 
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter and team player

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to healthcare and/or marketing
  • SQL and database experience
