WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As we build out our team, we are looking for a member to head up our analytics team.  This work will include creating models and frameworks, uncovering insights otherwise buried in our raw data, and helping both Product and Tech design and measure solutions. You will be building out this function to scale with the company as we scale.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience in analytical roles
• Experience in data mining, cohort analysis, and strong knowledge of quantitative methods (statistics, machine learning, etc.)
• Desire to drive business objectives through quantitative / predictive work
• Ability to synthesize and convey learnings to others to drive product roadmap and business priorities
• Team player first and foremost; strong collaborative approach (egos not required) while maintaining a level of self-starter mentality with a get-it-done approach.
