Job Description
You are a s elf-starter, able to work independently, with strong time management skills. You have experience in SQL, Tableau, Python, Spark, Database, Big data, and Alteryx, amongst others. You are skilled at problem solving, possess the ability to scope, provide structure to complex issues and provide insightful and timely remediation. You have found the right team.
As the Analytics Solutions Associate Sr., you will contribute to the data modeling, analysis and validation for strategic change projects. You will a nalyze data spanning across various lines of business and legal entities, with the a bility to self-manage issues/programs of varying complexity and spur business goals forward. You will engage and collaborate with peers, operations and technology partners from each sector, sub organization to analyze, design, model and validate data architecture across change projects providing change acceleration, consistency and quality of delivery as relates to data.
Job Responsibilities

  • Must be able to hold design discussions related to consumption, usage and build of the data with the data owners, stakeholders and steer the conversations to meaningful outputs
  • Must be comfortable in leading discussions with partners to understand their business processes and cater technological solution to their needs
  • Analyze, consume, map, model, visualize, store, maintain, report and leverage data using technology (and smart tools like but not limited to Tableau, Qlik View, Alteryx)
  • Understand overall product vision and align with the strategy
  • Understand the current book-of-work and prioritize the upcoming work with stakeholders.
  • Involved in the production of metrics, KPI and analysis to assist the team in making data-initiated decisions
  • Design and implement an effective and top in class solution to capture, collate, store and visualize real time or static data for purpose of analyzing risk, measuring progress and performance (though a common database solution as an example) in change delivery


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 6+ years of work experience, preferably in financial services in operational, program or client experience disciplines
  • Education / Experience in SQL, Tableau, Python, Spark, Database (SQL, NOSQL), data lake, Big data, Alteryx, ETL pipelines, AWS
  • Skilled at problem solving, ability to scope and provide structure to complex issues and provide insightful and timely remediation
  • Ability to identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and build out recommendation to proceed
  • Effective change management skills. Ability to support & adopt within an ever-changing environment
  • Suggest performance improvement points and fine tune code to deliver necessary efficiencies
  • Understands data structures in a financial domain. Must have excellent market data knowledge and understanding of various vendors e.g. Bloomberg, Reuters, IDC


Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor degree (with relevant experience) preferred
  • Self-starter, able to work independently, with strong time management skills
