Apparel Production Data Analyst
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Peloton is seeking an Apparel Production Data Coordinator to join our team in New York, NY.
In this role you will be responsible for all Apparel Production data management in all Peloton ERP systems. The Data Analyst will set up seasonal style information and manage all purchase order creation maintaining deadlines outlined by the Production calendar. The ideal candidate will possess an interest in data management and data accuracy and experience in complex data accuracy and system management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform complex data entry for the Apparel Team in Netsuite and SAP and other systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Be focused on data management and data integrity.
- Responsible for the end-to-end process for Apparel style creation in Peloton systems.
- This role will validate all data entries from the production team.
- Lead data reconciliation and historical data clean-up.
- Generate and track purchase order (PO) creation, distribution, and maintenance for all apparel and accessories - creating all purchase orders for the Apparel team.
- Create and distribute UPC codes to vendors, communicate updates to ensure that vendors are able to place their UPC orders with trim suppliers.
- Establish cross-functional partnerships with Merchandising, Planning, and Logistics teams at Peloton.
- Supports the Apparel Production team in the day-to-day data flow to keep systems updated so Apparel Production is on track.
- Analyze data reports, identify errors and execute corrections.
- Responsible for problem-solving Master Data-related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4-5 years of experience in SAP (ERP)
- Netsuite experience is a plus
- A go-getter with a positive, no task too big or too small attitude
- Highly organized & detail-oriented with strong time management skills
- Strong communication skills; proven ability to organize multiple channels of communication
- Experience in the fashion industry
- Eagerness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, driven by teamwork and collaborative innovation
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in Excel & G Suite
