Summary / Objective
The Business Strategy & Analytics Associate is the driver of Outcome Health's new business analytics and campaign operations. The Business Strategy & Analytics Associate analyzes new opportunities against our network and ensures that we contract campaigns consistent with that analysis ("scoping"). The role monitors campaign in-flight performance to ensure that campaigns meet contractual requirements and measures the impact of our campaigns on creating value for our life sciences and lifestyle clients.

Understand - Maintain an in-depth understanding of Outcome Health's philosophy, products, value-add, and analytical methodologies; of Outcome Health's clients' business, brands, and needs; and of the trends in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and healthcare marketing industries
Strategize – Associates actively participate and drive salesperson collabs or strategy meetings/initiatives and actively review opportunities and contracts with commercial goals in mind
Produce – Operates with guidance from Senior Associate or Director of Business Strategy & Analytics to produce timely, error-free, and thoughtful scoping analyses to support new business; executes internal processes required to launch campaigns; uses tools and dashboards to monitor campaign performance while in-flight, diagnosing the issue if there is a shortfall and remedying campaign to ensuring delivery to contractual requirements; works with Sales and external partners to execute studies that measure the impact of campaigns, including designing the study, gathering relevant inputs from across the organization, working with 3rd party data providers and analyzing study results
Operate excellently - Identifies areas for improvement in end-to-end commercialization processes, including sourcing, proposal generation, contracting, campaign execution and delivery reporting, and measurement. Associate works to make their own analytical processes more efficient and accurate.

- Ability to deal with ambiguity and comfortable working in a results-oriented environment
- Proven ability to build excellent relationships with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Success, Growth Solutions, Deal Desk, etc) and 3rd party data providers
5% travel to client meetings
Required Education and Experience
- BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline
- 2-4 years’ work experience in analytical role
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience involving healthcare, media, advertising, or strategy development preferred
