Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day activities on the Business Operations team, with a primary focus on billing and payments data analysis, tracking payment performance across the product and analyzing key trends and insights to improve processes and performance.
  • Closely monitor and analyze Peacock billing and payments performance
  • Analyze billing and payment KPIs to identify trends within the business and opportunities for growth
  • Interface with payment service providers (PSPs) on reporting, metrics, and data analysis
  • Effectively and clearly present data insights and key findings across the organization as needed
  • Synthesize insights into product and campaign-level best practices to inform organizational success
  • Stay informed on payment regulations and best practices that impact US subscription merchants
  • Work closely with Data and Insights to develop additional tracking metrics and enhance dashboards as needed
  • Work closely with Finance on payment success tracking, impacts and reporting
  • Perform ad hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years relevant working experience in payments, banking, or transactions
  • Experience working with Billing and Payments systems strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of payment trends and regulations within the US and how they impact Peacock and their customer's
  • Familiarity with BI technologies (Including Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.)
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to effectively present data analysis and insights
  • Ability to work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment related inquires
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple business requests
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Desired Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated and well-organized with strong communication and documentation skills
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and think outside of the box
  • Great collaboration and facilitation skills to develop strong working relationships and excel as a team player within the organization
  • Experience in OTT streaming or other digital subscription products a plus
  • Detail oriented and proven success driving follow-through

We have multiple projects that are complex and require a good coordination of resources from multiple teams. While this is challenging, I have to give kudos to every member of our team that works very hard on these projects while working on day-to-day troubleshooting tasks.

I started at NBCU as a QA Analyst, testing the NBC Sports App on multiple Platforms, and in 2019, I was promoted to Sr. QA. During my time on this team, I supported Monday Night Football, 2 Superbowls and 4 Olympic Games (and even won an Emmy for the Rio Olympics in 2016!) In Feb of 2022, I moved to Peacock OneApp and I was promoted to manager.

What are some social events your company does?

Our Employee Resource Groups have hosted such a variety of events, both virtually and in-person. I’ve had a chance to attend paint nights, pumpkin carving, one-on-one speed networking dates with other women in tech, movie premiere events and learning about different cultures/cuisines in celebration of AAPI month! There’s always something going on!
