Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day activities on the Business Operations team, with a primary focus on billing and payments data analysis, tracking payment performance across the product and analyzing key trends and insights to improve processes and performance.
- Closely monitor and analyze Peacock billing and payments performance
- Analyze billing and payment KPIs to identify trends within the business and opportunities for growth
- Interface with payment service providers (PSPs) on reporting, metrics, and data analysis
- Effectively and clearly present data insights and key findings across the organization as needed
- Synthesize insights into product and campaign-level best practices to inform organizational success
- Stay informed on payment regulations and best practices that impact US subscription merchants
- Work closely with Data and Insights to develop additional tracking metrics and enhance dashboards as needed
- Work closely with Finance on payment success tracking, impacts and reporting
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent preferred
- Minimum 2-4 years relevant working experience in payments, banking, or transactions
- Experience working with Billing and Payments systems strongly preferred
- Knowledge of payment trends and regulations within the US and how they impact Peacock and their customer's
- Familiarity with BI technologies (Including Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to effectively present data analysis and insights
- Ability to work cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment related inquires
- Proven ability to prioritize multiple business requests
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and well-organized with strong communication and documentation skills
- Proven ability to problem-solve and think outside of the box
- Great collaboration and facilitation skills to develop strong working relationships and excel as a team player within the organization
- Experience in OTT streaming or other digital subscription products a plus
- Detail oriented and proven success driving follow-through
