In this role, you will support Global Retail Markets (GRM) US Financial Operations design work that enables new products and processes, driving automation and process improvements through business operations analysis, and leading and facilitating special projects in billing, payments, and our other domains. You will work closely with leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvements and simple automation to solve problems and improve business outcomes. This will include analyzing the operation and developing compelling recommendations that result in cost savings, efficiency gains, and improvements in the customer and agent experience. You will work cross-functionally and collaboratively with technical and functional teams regarding more complex tasks by acting as a liaison between Fin Ops, Delivery, and other teams to prioritize and execute on those opportunities.

The compensation for this role is dependent on experience and geographic location of candidate.
Responsibilities:

• Focus on process improvements, efficiencies, and be able to adapt and support the needs of the operation by executing simple automation solutions
• Conducts current state assessment, opportunity assessment, cost/benefit analysis, feasibility assessment, etc. in support of improvement recommendations
• Build business cases for making changes to current practices, programs, or procedures
• Partners with stakeholders on the design, testing, implementation, and evaluation of business process changes to improve business outcomes
• Research and resolve complex issues and discrepancies and take corrective measures
• Respond to routine inquiries from managers, employees, and external customers/vendors
• Support project work and key initiatives for US Fin Ops
• Act as a liaison between Fin Ops, Delivery, and other teams to ensure high value improvement opportunities are identified and prioritized
• Support and lead new billing process design in support of new products, processes, and modernization
• Possess an innovative mindset and encourage teams to surface their best ideas to produce optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 3-5 years of progressively more responsible related work experience is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Web Automation, Power Apps, SQL, and solid knowledge of database software is a must. Experience with Python would be a plus.
• Displays strong research, problem solving, analytical, critical thinking, influencing, relationship management, project management and presentation skills.
• Solid ability to support change and impart value within an organization.
• Strong knowledge of available data sources, strengths and shortcomings.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute work with appropriate urgency
• Strong business operations knowledge to include understanding the function's value chain and market conditions.
