UiPath is seeking a strong consultant with business analysis experience to join the UiPath Business Consulting Team who will be responsible for designing and implementing RPA solutions for our customers and partners, and increase the adoption, consumption and expansion of UiPath software. The Senior Consultant, Business Process Analysis will assist partners and customers with process selection, process analysis and design, process assessments, business case development, and support the operating model team.

§ Engage customer stakeholders to rapidly identify automation opportunities to drive towards the organization’s key business outcomes, leveraging methodologies such as design-thinking

§ Conduct workshops with key stakeholders to educate on automation technology, in addition to understanding how automation can be applied to the business

§ Prioritize processes for automation based on workshops and leveraging process assessment tools

§ Based on identified opportunities, create detailed RPA roadmaps with clear initiative prioritization and execution plans

§ Partner with process SMEs to understand key process requirements and document the current state by leveraging existing documentation, conducting interviews and observations

§ Support the creation of process maps and Process Design Documents (PDDs) to hand off to RPA developer team for automation in-scope processes, and support the development team as needed to ensure successful deployment

§ Collaborate with our Global Professional Services Partners, Global and Regional System Integrators, and Technology Partners to understand enablement needs and support partner enablement

§ Display customer and partner first mentality

§ 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role

§ Experience with Robotic Process Automation and OCR preferred

§ Experience in a large transformational engagement preferred

§ Start-up experience preferred, with the ability to operate in a fluid and dynamic environment

§ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

§ Strong presentation content and delivery skills

§ Design-thinking, lean and six-sigma experience a plus

§ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

§ Results-oriented with strategic-thinking and a sense of urgency and passion

§ Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas

§ Ability to lead cross-functional team discussions and engage with customer / partner leadership

§ Strong interpersonal skills: proven experience building strong internal and external relationships

§ Strong experience with Microsoft product suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project

§ Bachelor’s Degree required

§ Up to 75% travel required
