Job Mission: The mission of the Analytics team is to inform strategic data-related decisions by analyzing, manipulating, tracking, managing and reporting data. The person acts as a team lead in providing analytical and consulting support to leadership and other team resources while also developing strong relationships across the information technology, project management, network development, and network operations in order to deeply understand the data and the needs of the internal and external stakeholders.The outcomes we’re looking for:

1. Help ensure client deliverables are being met:

• Master all available data sources to effectively serve as an organizational expert on which databases will best serve each incoming request
• Extract clean, accurate data using a variety of available tools including, but not limited to, MS Excel, MS SQL tools and Tableau to prepare to combine, normalize and ingest into androsCompass to provide Network Development team with the cleanest possible provider targets

• Strategically stitch and enrich incoming data flows into big picture outcomes to tell a cohesive story about project progress
• Run appropriate systematic platform updates to ensure optimal data hygiene 
• Design and maintain progress metrics that translates into clean visualizations that serve project leads and provide company leadership with guidance on resource allocation
• Respond to requests in a timely manner to provide in-depth reporting suites and analysis on project data and summarize findings.

• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of management, senior leaders, service chiefs, and other data users to provide the necessary information to make sound and timely decisions.
• When necessary, develop new methodologies to extract and transform data to aid in telling the appropriate data story to our partners.

• Run ad-hoc Onboarding sessions for new andros team members on the fundamentals of Network Analytics
• Provide support to the Network Analytics Manager in training of new Network Analysts on the team through content creation and hands on tutorials when necessary.

Desired Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in an analytical role
• 3+ years leveraging SQL 
• 5+ years professional experience leveraging excel 
• Tech or Start-Up experience a plus
• Advanced analytical and reporting abilities

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay For Equal Work Act, salary range is displayed: Estimated salary range: $70,000 to $85,000. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the andros salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of andros’s total rewards package for our employees. Other rewards may include annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
