What You'll Do:

As Business Analyst, you will influence decision-making through quality and depth of analytical insights and recommendations for improvement. In particular, you will focus on the following:

Performance Reporting and Analysis

• Responsible for optimizing our performance reporting structure and repeatable process
• Optimize our KPI dashboard
• Synthesis performance trends and business performance
• Identify and highlight opportunities for performance improvement
• Develop reporting material in a succinct, visual manner

Analytical support for various teams

• Drive strategic analysis and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests, both from within the team and externally.
• Inputting performance forecasts and targets for business cases through scenario modeling

Building a performance-focused culture

• Work with delivery teams throughout the lifecycle of programs to ensure that the right KPIs and targets have been set.
• Making sure that a focus on outcomes and performance is integrated into everything we do.

What You'll Bring:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business/Product Analyst or any relevant work experience
• Solid track record of reliably monitoring performance metrics
• High proficiency in SQL
• Experience working with Big Data tools such as BigQuery or Snowflake
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Expertise in data visualization and discovery tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker
• BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science, statistics, or equivalent

What You'll Get:

The compensation package for the Business Analyst role includes an annual salary ranging between $80,000-$100,000 OTE (based on candidates' experience and skill set). Additionally, this role is eligible for equity, and benefits, including:
