Job Description

Butterfly Network is looking for an exceptional analyst to partner closely with the finance team in developing reporting and insights. You will work with stakeholders in the finance team to create, maintain and communicate metrics that reflect their goals. Additionally, you will develop analysis and tools that allow stakeholders to uncover new insights and opportunities. The ideal candidate will combine strong quantitative skills with excellent communication ability. Importantly, you will bring a passion for helping us fulfill our mission to democratize medical imaging. 

As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be: 

• Working with team leaders to define KPIs for their areas
• Building robust SQL data pipelines to calculate these KPIs and supporting drilldowns
• Proactively and independently work with stakeholders to construct use cases and associated standardized outputs.
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
• Perform a broad variety of tasks in support of the role and responsibilities.

Qualifications

Baseline skills/experiences/attributes:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a quantitative field
• 4+ years experience in an analytical role
• Expert knowledge of SQL 
• Clear and structured communicator

Ideally, you also have these skills/experiences/attributes (but it’s ok if you don’t!):

• Experience working with data extracted from Salesforce and Netsuite
• Experience with BigQuery, Git and Jinja templates
• Experience with Tableau
