Business Operations Analyst, Growth

The Position:
Be a trusted thought partner to business leadership by offering process improvements, analytical insights and growth strategy recommendations
Build sophisticated and dynamic Customer Health Scoring to determine tangible action items against identified at-risk accounts & growth accounts
Work in partnership with Business Operations & Sales Planning Leadership to create optimized models to automate smarter media planning
Become the Kargo Customer Expert by understanding all client KPI needs, historical performance metrics, and use that knowledge to ideate strategy for growth / retention on key accounts
Establish and own systems to gather and translate customer feedback and business needs into actionable analytics including key customer experience metrics e.g. NPS
Partner with Marketing Leadership to optimize and quantify marketing outreach efforts to drive ROI
Build and activate tailored models, reports, and other solutions for business partners, focused on driving better decisioning around revenue, costs, clients, products, and key health metrics
Proactively present and implement on own strategic business recommendations and initiatives
Support ad hoc business analysis as required
Requirements:
BA/BS required from a top university
3-5 Years of Related Work Experience
Entrepreneurial. Relentless but humble
Salesforce/CRM Experience Preferred
Ability to quarterback high-impact projects with a strong emphasis on implementation
Ability to run in the right direction given a lot of rope
Excellent communication skills
