• What you will be doing:
• The Business Operations Analyst for Marketing Solutions Services will play an integral role in collaborating within the Marketing Solutions Business Operations team and supporting cross-functional teams to measure and analyze KPIs. In this role, you will help drive the evolution of measuring business performance to enable the business to manage to metrics in order to improve operational efficiency and the bottom line. You will build inter-departmental relationships, gather information/data, analyze and draw insight from data and identify areas of high opportunity to improve.
  • Assist in defining, measuring, and evolving Neustar Services operational metrics, methodologies, benchmarks, targets, and forecasts
  • Manage various data sources and linkages to ensure accurate and timely reporting for the business
  • Document and improve upon data processes and reporting methodologies
  • Support evolution of communication mechanism to track and communicate status of Neustar Services metrics to the broader organization
  • Perform analysis on operational metrics to provide insights and explain results with business context
  • Identify and develop ad hoc analyses to further understand movement in performance drivers, provide insights, and identify areas of opportunity to improve Neustar Services KPIs
  • Identify and develop metrics, reporting, and analysis for functional operational KPIs to enable functional teams to manage their business in order to drive KPI improvement
  • Create ad-hoc tools for use by Neustar Services delivery teams for KPI analysis
• What we would love to see:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 – 3 years experience
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Ability to analyze and effectively visualize metrics and insights
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how to link business operations to metrics and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Ability to work and drive outcomes with low supervision
  • DOMO/Tableau or similar data visualization tool experience
  • Strong Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills
