Business Operations Analyst

The Business Operations Analyst will support the BizOps team’s mission by facilitating and implementing efficient, seamless internal operations and support. They will partner with Sales Management and Marketing stakeholders to ensure the proper implementation of Sales processes and internal workflows, and suggest improvements where necessary. They will help develop and fully own the organization of all process/workflow-related documents. They will keep an ear to the ground on the sales floor in order to collect feedback and initiate changes that will improve the rep experience and enhance Salesforce data collection. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Business Operations & Strategy, this person will play a key role in shaping our current operational framework and paving the foundation for its future roadmap.
What you'll do:
- Provide relative feedback (quantitative and qualitative) to senior management in order to refine internal processes or influence decision making
- Own the management of all process-related docs/resources, ensuring all are properly organized, up-to-date, accessible, and offer real value to the reps they’re designed for
- Partner with the Senior Manager to implement all processes and workflows developed by the Business Operations team
- Monitor Salesforce data inputted by sales reps to make sure required fields are properly completed, effective, and necessary
- Contribute to cross-functional projects, helping to provide the sales perspective and align business goals and messaging across teams
What you'll need to have:
- BA/BS degree
- 1 - 2 years working experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders & projects
- Demonstrated ability to execute on internal processes
It'd be nice if you had:
- Experience working in a fast-paced tech environment
- Experience in or working with Sales
- Experience with and/or knowledge of Guru, Slack, Trello, Salesforce, Looker, & Google Suite
- Project management experience
