Over the next three years, we have a mission to make video creation faster, easier, and more fun, on any device, in ways that have never been done before.

In this role you will work directly with Animoto’s CEO and executive leadership team to provide valuable business insights to help Animoto grow faster. You will learn Animoto’s business inside and out and represent trends and trend anomalies in dashboards and slide presentations at executive meetings and in updates to Animoto’s board of directors. You will be the CEO's right hand person to make sense for why the numbers are the way they are.

What you'll do:

• Hardcore analysis as you’re going to have access to Animoto’s entire data repository and suite of analytical tools
• Check the core dashboards you’ve set up to monitor business performance across the entire customer journey
• Review marketing and product dashboards to understand performance of tests and campaigns Animoto is running and their impact on the business
• Meet with the CEO to discuss what’s working and not working with regard to company metrics and report findings to the executive leadership team
• Sit in on strategic planning sessions to understand decision making and assist with data insights to help make decisions faster

What we're looking for:

• Must love math, data, and doing hardcore analysis
• A mastery of SQL
• Background is strategy consulting at a top tier firm or analyst work at a top tier investment bank, private equity firm, or venture capital firm
• Previous experience working with C-suite
