Work you’ll do
Senior Managers lead project work streams or components of large, complex engagements. Managers oversee the detailed, quantitative analysis work associated with developing meaningful insights to address retailers’ and distributors’ biggest challenges. These challenges encompass everything from helping clients increase revenues, decrease costs, accelerate cash flow, improve margin and operational workflows by addressing people, processes, and technology across every aspect of the project lifecycle. Our strategy practice brings together several key capabilities that will allow us to architect integrated programs that transform our clients’ businesses, including Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Technology Strategy & Insights, Enterprise Model Design, Enterprise Cloud Strategy and Business Transformation.
Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win in order to drive growth and enterprise value.
Strategy will help our clients:
Identify strategies for growth and value creation
Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision
Maximize the ROI on technology investments and leverage technology and Cloud trends to architect future business strategies
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university with strong undergraduate academic record
Experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns; conducting customer analytics; designing digital customer experiences
Familiarity with customer / marketing related technologies including social, CRM, pricing software
8+ years of professional experience in a consulting setting.
Experience leading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a project management role)
Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources
Professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills
Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Experience crafting and delivering Digital Strategy at the corporate or business unit level
- Ability to define digital trends across industries and apply those impacts on client vision
- Deep understanding of digital ecosystems and how our clients can create value in dynamic, non-linear value chains
- Fluency with customer journey maps – be able to understand and document, customer journeys, consumer behavior, including engagement with digital channel
- Basic understanding of the core digital technologies that underpin world class customer experiences (e.g. CRM, E-Commerce, Content Management)
- Ability to drive both the sales cycle by taking the lead in framing out client opportunities and lead the pursuit team to create the proposal content for client discussions
- Experience creating road maps and detailed financial business cases for change
- Experience and comfort in using analytical methods to create project analysis and recommendation support
- Background in digital experience, digital marketing, either in a business, agency, or consulting organization
- Past experiences should include customer journey mapping, primary customer research, solution design, roadmap development, business case development
- Ability to interface with senior client executives, and to create compelling presentations and analyses in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
