Client Solutions Lead - Measurement (Attribution)

About this Position:
 
As a key member on the attribution client solutions team, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping advertisers, agencies, and publishers quantify the impact of their advertising on in-store visitation. In this role, you will own the reporting relationship for specific clients, and as a result will be responsible for creating and presenting key findings to our customers. We're eager to meet those who are analytical in their approach towards research and will thrive in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and present final reports for internal and external stakeholders; including quality assurance, data interpretation, insight generation, deck and report writing
  • Reconcile data and refine for the clients’ needs
  • Create materials to support education on attribution reports and final client recommendations
  • Balance manual vs. automated handling of report processing
  • Help in transitioning manual process to automated methods
  • Develop and maintain campaign results database for benchmarking and data mining purposes
  • Collaborate with sales insights, business marketing and product marketing teams to craft data-driven stories
  • Translate data into insights (and be a great storyteller) for client and sales consumption

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a research, analysis, or client service role within management consulting, advertising, or marketing analytics services firms
  • Strong experience presenting and communicating data-driven insight that helps clients to optimize marketing strategy and tactics
  • A solid understanding of methodology, data & systems from a broad range of research & analytics providers, including emerging tools and methods
  • Experience in any of the following fields: quant research, marketing analytics, campaign effectiveness, audience measurement, market research
  • Expertise in Excel, Keynote/Powerpoint
  • Experience with SQL, R, Python, etc. is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
