What We’re Looking For:
The Corporate Development & Strategy Associate will work cross-functionally to develop and execute strategies to meet organizational objectives and goals. This role requires the development of strategic priorities and execution of projects both internally and externally. You will work directly with the senior members of the Corporate Development & Strategy team, helping prepare materials for fundraising, M&A, and strategic growth.

At Domio You Will:

  • Support the team on driving corporate priorities and cross-functional initiatives (e.g. strategic acquisitions / investments, capital raising and deployment, and new business initiatives)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across real estate, finance, operations, product, revenue, and design teams to develop a holistic understanding of the business
  • Execute on business strategies that will position Domio to become the leader of our space, in partnership with key team members
  • Conduct extensive research on the lodging and travel industry and the competitive landscape
  • Create presentations that will be shared with investors, Board of Directors, and key strategic partners

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years experience in a strategy, finance, or business analytics role
  • 2+ years at a top-tier investment bank or management consulting firm
  • Data-driven, analytical, and strategic thinker who can quickly frame an issue and identify key drivers and potential solutions
  • Resourceful, tenacious, and independently motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator – can digest information and message relevant points clearly & succinctly to key stakeholders, and able to influence and persuade others even without direct authority
  • Adaptable and organized - able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and continuously reprioritize
  • Team player who is able to build relationships across all levels and functions of an organization
