Customer Optimization Analyst at Newsela
The Customer Optimization team is charged with leading efforts that will enable Newsela’s Customer (Sales & Customer Success) organization to scale. In this newly created role, you will help build the capabilities to measure the effectiveness and impact of the various initiatives the Optimization team pursues. Working closely with our Customer Optimization team, along with our centralized BI & Data Engineering teams, you’ll build out our reporting and dashboard suite that will provide visibility into how completed projects impact our business performance.

Why We’ll Love You:
You have 2+ years of experience in an analyst role, helping to solve complex data problems using reporting tools and SQL. Your SQL skills have helped you take data and synthesize it effortlessly for effective, clear reporting. You understand how to pull the right data and present that to stakeholders so they can understand how we are performing. You can effectively gather requirements and address communication gaps between teams to build successful analysis and reporting. In addition to your technical skills, your excellent visual acumen enables you to thoughtfully design easily digestible dashboards and reports for a wide range of audiences.
