Customer Strategy Associate Analyst at Newsela
Our growing Customer Strategy team is looking for a Customer Strategy, Associate Analyst to support reporting, dashboard, and process documentation needs for our Customer team with a specific emphasis on supporting the needs of our Customer Success team. You will respond to reporting and dashboard requests for leaders to understand business trends, variance drivers, and identify opportunities to add value and reduce risk. You are a true problem-solver and will work to automate inefficient processes across our business. You will collaborate with our Customer Optimization and Leadership teams to help us align on data standards and principles.

You are obsessed with analyzing data, spotting trends, and making recommendations based on the patterns you identify -- and you’ve done this successfully as part of a sales operations team before and are experienced in Salesforce. You have strong attention to detail and provide a structured, scalable approach to business problem solving. You are a self-starter who isn’t afraid to ask difficult questions and is comfortable interfacing with senior leadership. You love Excel, have experience in Looker (not required) or other data visualization tools. You may have experience in sales operations (territory planning, quota setting, and building scalable processes), but if not, you’re excited to learn these skills on the job.
