Your Role

In this role, you will build and manage Summer’s end-to-end analytics stack, including the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis and generate actionable insights for Product and Operations teams
  • Partner with product managers to design experiments which optimize Summer’s product
  • Communicate key results through automated reporting. Own our business intelligence platform (Mode Analytics)
  • Develop and maintain business logic for data across our product, loans, CRM, and customer success platforms (DBT)
  • Work with Summer’s engineers to manage our data warehouse

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as an analyst or engineer in data analytics, product analytics, business analytics, or business intelligence
  • Strong SQL knowledge
  • Full-stack analytics proficiency: knowledge of data warehouses, experience building data models, experience developing on business intelligence platforms
  • Versatility and willingness to learn new technologies on the job
  • Collaborative and able to work with multiple stakeholder groups at once
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building data models with DBT
  • Knowledge of Python for scripting and data analysis
  • Experience working at a start-up
