An Insider's view of Bombora

What’s the vibe like in the office?

The Bombora offices are upbeat and energetic. Throughout the day you’ll find people collaborating on new projects, chatting on walks between meetings, or participating in the various pool and ping pong tournaments. I love being able to come into an office where the people are friendly and collaboration happens organically every day.

Senior Product Manager

What does your typical day look like?

A typical day usually consists of attending our daily stand-ups, whiteboarding/collaborating with other software engineers on items that are in our current sprint/backlog, and coding either independently or through pair programming with others.

Brian Ly

Software Engineer I

How does the company support your career growth?

Bombora supports my career growth by giving me the resources and tools to hone my skills through online courses, great leadership, and financial support for attending conventions. My opinions are always taken into consideration when determining the actions that need to take place in order to reach my goals.

Test Automation Engineer II

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

My door is always open to all Bommies for frank and discrete discussions ranging from professional to personal. This has been particularly helpful for giving my diverse team a safe place to share their concerns in 2020 regarding the pandemic, racial justice and politics. I also book virtual brunch with members of other teams just to chat!

General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer

What projects are you most excited about?

I’m currently looking forward to quite a few product roadmap advancements on the horizon. Jonathon (VP PM) has been an amazing addition and believes that customer feedback is extremely valuable. He has a data driven approach to his views on the future of intent data and it’s easy to get behind his vision.
