Job Description Team Overview
The mission of the AI Transformation & Engagements team is to enable at-scale development, testing, deployment, and continuous integration and delivery of AI/ML technologies in order to drive fundamental improvement in the quantity and quality of AI training data sets, accelerate AI delivery (measured in days and months), and improve AI performance. Enable a firmwide AI ecosystem with integrated platform, controls, compliance, and responsible AI. Provide the foundation and support for our business partners to consistently deliver AI solutions within targets, and in turn, create next generation market share.
Job Description
The AI/ML Transformation & Engagement Team is seeking a talented candidate to drive a highly efficient data management process that enables a best-in-class AI training data factory. The objective is to ensure all AI/ML solutions are capable of delivery optimal results through training on world class AI data sets.
The ideal candidate for this role is highly knowledge in the AI data management space with experience deploying efficient processes at an global enterprise level across a highly matrixed environment. We are seeking candidates with experience navigating complex data environments and driving firmwide transformational change. A successful candidate will also have an advanced strategic mindset, and have significant experience in AI and Machine Learning development .
Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the implementation of a Training Data Management Platform (TDMP), responsible for developing refined AI training data sets
  • Work with line of business and corporate function operational data teams to ensure the seamless integration of data sets into the strategic data management platform for AI/ML development and training
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across business, technology, risk, compliance, and data science ensuring all solutions put in place are fit-for-purpose
  • Work closely with data labeling and annotation teams to ensure data sets are properly transformed for AI/ML training purposes
  • Ensure the core platform and frameworks support large-scale batch, ETL and real-time data pipelines using cloud and on-premises data technologies
  • Design best practices for data processing, data modeling and AI/ML data training for the organization
  • Understand end to end data interactions and dependencies across complex data pipelines and data transformation and how they impact business decisions


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in machine learning, with knowledge of machine learning techniques, development practices, and underlying technologies
  • Exceptional critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to explain technical concepts and implications clearly to a wide and senior audience
  • Leader capable of active listening, impactful questioning
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders
