Reporting to the Sr. Revenue Operations Manager, the Data Operations Coordinator will help manage data critical to our Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and manage the integrity of those data. Our RevOps team is organized into three pods: Systems & Infrastructure, Process & Enablement, and Strategy & Insights -- this role will be a part of the Systems & Infrastructure pod.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting the Systems & Infrastructure pod in ensuring data integrity, cleanliness, and consistency across Spring Health’s revenue databases (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, and Looker)
- Owning the “List Management & Import” process to properly hand off new sales leads from our Marketing / Events team to Sales
- Owning the “Monthly Customer Data Update” process to ensure accuracy in our Executive-level reporting and financial operations for proper invoicing
- Investigating any data discrepancies across systems & addressing any ad-hoc questions about the data structure
- Managing the “Revenue Data Dictionary” to ensure a source of truth for the data that internal stakeholders rely on
- Identifying & implementing ways to improve our data management processes across our revenue tech stack
- Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and application configuration

What we expect from you:
- Attention to detail - ability to identify discrepancies in data proactively
- Experience with data management & integrity - cleaning, filtering, sorting data
- Basic data analysis / formulas in Google Sheets or Excel (VLookup, Avg/Sum/Count)
- Fast learner who is comfortable adapting to new processes and technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to summarize findings, results, and ideas clearly and concisely)
- Excellent project & time management abilities
- Excitement to continuously learn new concepts and skills
- Experience with any of the following is a PLUS but not required: Salesforce, Data Loader, Outreach.io, Gong, Hubspot, Looker, LaneFour, ZoomInfo, Zapier, G-Connector
