An Insider's view of Canoe

How would you describe the company’s work-life balance?

Canoe provides a great work-life balance ratio for me. The times I have stayed up late working on a bit of code has been out of curiosity and excitement over trying something new rather than out of stress. I feel comfortable and safe logging off to relax, which keeps me from burning out. The various weekly team nights also provide a fun atmosphere.
