ABOUT YOU
You are a highly analytical data strategy analyst interested in making a significant impact on our overall data strategy from concept to production. Data strategy is a broad term, and one that’s often overused. In our business, however, it’s our lifeblood. Data applies to our customers and prospects, as well as our expert network - candidates we’ve worked with in the past - and experts in a given field who’ve never heard of the Expert Institute, but could be impactful on our clients’ cases.
While you always take a data-first approach towards making improvements, you also have a deep creative streak and look for ways to innovative. You are able to work seamlessly with contributors and stakeholders, company-wide, to produce meaningful projects that align with broader business goals.
Most importantly, you enjoy making your ideas a reality in a fast-paced environment where your work can have a direct impact on the company as a whole. It’s not unusual for ideas to blossom into real data initiatives that can enrich our systems within hours, or even minutes.
