EPAM Data Practice is looking for Insurance Data and Analytics Consultants, who can help our Insurance customers create information strategies, design best-in-class data platforms, and support data-driven transformation of customer enterprises. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage engagements, delivery and the quality of the output
• Build and manage customer relationships
• Plan required elicitation/discovery activities to engage both business and IT stakeholders
• Design and drive stakeholder workshops/interviews to define and prioritize their strategic and immediate needs
• Own and actively contribute to the project consulting deliverables, such as vision statements, assessment deck, roadmaps, etc
• Work in close collaboration with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to design the architecture that should address strategic business needs, assessing options
• Drive presale activities
• Contribute to data competency best practice materials. Mentor others

WHAT YOU HAVE

• 5+ years of technology experience, 2+ years in data and analytics domain
• 2+ years of experience working for one of top 10 Property & Casualty Insurance. Companies. Good knowledge of Insurance business domain is a must
• Experience in working with senior business and IT stakeholders, as well as end-users
• Good knowledge of the data and analytics landscape and recent trends
• Experience in end-to-end data and analytics project delivery as part of the team (for example, data lake, DWH, advanced analytics solutions, BI/reporting, etc.)
• Ability to take ownership for the end-result, and to manage others to get there
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage customer expectations, present and explain project deliverables to senior stakeholders

NICE TO HAVE

• Hands-on experience with one or more data and analytics technologies
• Experience building data and analytics organizations (center of excellence, data engineering pools, data science teams, etc.)
• Experience running on-site customer workshops
